| Mr. Brewer specializes in business transactions
and civil litigation. He is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association
and the Association of Trial Lawyers and is qualified to practice in both
the California courts and all federal district courts in California. He is
also qualified to practice before the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth
Circuit.
In addition to his experience in complex business transactions, including
transactions with the FDIC and SBA, Mr. Brewer has been lead counsel in numerous
complex litigation cases, including class action, civil RICO, ADA, and FEHA
claims. He was engaged in real estate syndication beginning in 1978 and was the
co-owner of a securities brokerage firm. |
