David J. Ruyle, Jr. was born in La Jolla, California. In 1998 Mr. Ruyle he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Baylor University.

Mr. Ruyle received his Juris Doctor degree from Trinity Law School in 2001 where he was the Research Editor for the Trinity Law Review. He is currently a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and a California bar exam tutor for National Bar Review. He focuses his practice on all areas of business planning, which include formations of entities, business operations and management.
